The user may accidentally touch the Sound Mode option in the drop-down notification bar when the screen is lit, causing the mobile phone to change to vibration.
Solution: Turn down the status of the lit screen to the drop-down list, and select Ringing in Sound Mode. You can also enter the Settings-Sound-Sound mode and set the sound mode to ring.
